Welcome to the home of the HEAT!
As a member of USA Swimming, Hillsboro Swim Team (HST) is an age group and senior swimming program that provides for the competitive swimming needs of the youth of the surrounding communities. HST provides an environment where all swimmers can develop to their fullest, both as swimmers and as people. Promoting conditioning, good nutrition, good health, and self-esteem are the goals that HST has set for itself.
